My Truck Binder stores fleet records, documents, users, roles, audit logs, support messages, billing metadata, and operational activity needed to run the service.

We use uploaded documents, asset details, VINs, DOT numbers, jurisdiction mileage, and related fleet data to provide document management, automation, compliance reminders, reporting, support, billing, and security controls.

Automated data pulls may query official or configured third-party services such as NHTSA VIN decoding and FMCSA carrier data. Responses are stored with job history so users can review source data and processing outcomes.

We do not sell customer fleet records. We may share data with service providers that process hosting, storage, authentication, payments, support, analytics, email, security monitoring, and integrations on our behalf.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to upload personal, driver, vehicle, carrier, and document data. Do not upload information you are not authorized to process.

Requests to access, correct, export, or delete account data should be sent through account support. Some records may be retained where needed for security, audit, legal, tax, fraud prevention, backup, or compliance purposes.
